Caring Places Management is looking for Full time evening and NOC Shift Caregivers to be a part of a team that believes our company motto: “Exceeding Expectations Through Loving, Thoughtful Care”. We are looking for an energetic, caring person to add to this vision in one of our newest communities in Battle Ground, WA!

Requirements for the Caregiver:

Must have a TEAM attitude and work well with others.
Must be committed to performing each duty of the position in a manner that upholds the dignity, privacy, independence, safety and security of each resident.
Must have strong commitment to customer service & have good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift, push, or pull 25 pounds, up to 30 times per shift.

Responsibilities for the Caregiver:

Caregivers/Resident Aides will assist in providing a pleasant, comfortable environment for residents
Caregivers/Resident Aides will enhance the care and life quality for residents.
Providing personal care with ADLs as appropriate while striving to promote self-care, independence, dignity, and personal privacy.
Caregivers/Resident Aides will protect the safety and health of each resident.
Document observed changes in condition, interventions/programs used and observed results, and any unusual occurrence in each resident’s daily routine.
Communicate observed changes in physical condition of the resident to the supervising RN, LPN, nurse delegate, and family members (when appropriate)
