Community Relations Manager

University Place, WA
Based on Experience

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Promote the Facility with off site visits and regular communications with healthcare professionals and agencies

· Develop, maintain and connect positively with referral sources

· Assist with advertisements to print and online publications

· Create, manage and maintain website content for facility

· Manage and develop content for social media outlets

· Assist with monthly newsletters and calendars

· Assist with maintenance of marketing materials (business cards, brochures, inserts, folders, notepads, tradeshow boxes)

· Support community with the planning and execution of public relations, marketing and fundraising events

· Take, organize and maintain photo inventory for marketing material

· Report marketing tactics, implementation and success rate at weekly meetings

· Present at community training events, conferences and meetings regarding marketing topics

· Assist with customer service survey

· Assist with ideas on marketing gift handouts

· Assist with management of Search Engine Optimization

· Ability to use a computer to document marketing projects, timelines and success rate

 

Job Requirements:

· Fluent in English

· Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of equivalent experience in marketing, advertising and social media coordination required

· Background check required

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Graphic design experience preferred (Adobe or Corel, Photoshop and MS office programs)

· Organized and detail-oriented

· Self-starter with previous proven results in a similar role

· Multi-task and meet deadlines

· Experience working with vendors and managing a budget

· Positive attitude, outgoing and the ability to work in a team environment

· Maintain confidentiality

· Senior living experience a plus

 

Working Conditions:

· 40 hours per week in a casual attire professional office environment

· Must have the flexibility to on weekends as one of the Management Team

· Must have a valid ODL and a reliable vehicle

· Ability to lift 25 pounds
