We are looking for Administrator’s/Executive Director’s to manage some of our newest “Caring Place’s,” assisted living and memory care communities in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA. This family-owned business is known for the loving care and quality housing we provide our seniors and looking for people to help us create our vision of : “Exceeding Expectations For Loving, Thoughtful Care.”

Job responsibilities include:

All aspects of the operations such as:

Marketing and community relations
Implementation of policies and procedures
Financial objectives and regulatory compliance
Resident assessment and care planning

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

Staffing, training, and supervision
Excellent communications and computer skills
Requires college degree or min. 5 years exp. in senior housing
Memory care exp. and RN or LPN a definite plus
OR/WA drivers license
